Bylaws
The bylaws guide the operation of the association and the activities of the board of directors and officers.
Covenants/Declaration
The covenants (or declaration) establish the association, and dictate how properties in Raintree may be used, modified, and how they must be maintained.
The declaration is specific to each section of the neighborhood, and homeowners should have received a copy for their section as part of the disclosure packet when purchasing the property.
If you do not have a copy of the declaration or need an additional copy, you may request one via the Contact Us form.
Common Area Regulations
The common area regulations establish the rules that govern usage of The Raintree Association’s common areas, including our trails, paths, open recreation areas, and Gregory’s Pond.
Note: Common areas within the communities of Foxfire, Heritage Hill, Ivystone Village, Raintree Commons, Raintree Villas, Stony Run Patio Homes, and Stony Run Townhomes are independently regulated by their respective community associations.
